Mid-Year Reviews may be submitted by Sunday, December 8th at midnight.
All organizations must complete the Mid-Year Review to remain in good standing with the Student Programs Office. Good standing ensures that your organization will continue to have the following privileges:
Funding eligibility from the Student Organization Funding Committee (SOFC)
Ability to reserve University facilities for meetings, programs, and events
Support from the Bureau of Conferences (BOC) and Boston College Police Department
A University mailbox and mailing address
Ability to advertise meetings, programs, and events on campus
Access to general organization advising and programmatic support
Leadership and organizational effectiveness training
Inclusion in the fall and spring Student Involvement Fair
Please fill out this form once you have been selected as President, Vice-President, or Treasurer of a student organization. Once your form has been approved, the Office of Student Involvement will notify you.
All student organization Presidents, Vice-Presidents, and Treasurers must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Please attach a PDF version of your degree audit to this form to verify your current GPA. This information will be kept confidential within the Student Programs Office.
You can find the degree audit by logging in to the Agora portal and clicking the 'My Services' tab. The 'Degree Audit' link is under the "Academics and Courses" section.
